Ans.3 It is easy to update your details and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on www.drshakya.com Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids Change your password Track the status of your orders.
Ans.4 Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with drshakya.com. But cannot with the same email.
Ans.5 You can pay for your order on drshakya.com using the following modes of payment: Credit and debit cards (VISA / Master card/Rupay) Paytm Wallet. Mobikwik Wallet PhonePe Wallet Cash on delivery (COD can be used as payment method only for an order not exceeding Rs. 10,000) Net banking. (Payment gateway partners –Paytm/Payubiz).
Ans.6 Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on drshakya.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
Ans.7 All the taxes are included in the MRP of products (which are shown in order invoices). There are no additional taxes added by drshakya.com to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. We made free shipping on orders of Rs.1001/or more. For COD method customer will be charged additional Rs.50/as COD charges which will be mentioned in the invoice. Free COD option is available on order of Rs.1000/or more.
Ans.8 Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. COD can be used as payment method only for an order not exceeding Rs. 10,000.
Ans.9 You can check the status by following below mentioned steps:- 1. Login with your account. 2. Click on Dashboard on top of the page at right side on user name. 3. Click on My Orders at left side below the "My Account" menu. 4.Click on Action Button next to orders details.

Ans.11 Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched with tracking details. Email contains your order ID number and the shipping method, AWB no. with tracking link. Keep tracking it by clicking on 'Action Button' in 'My Orders'. Click the 'Track Now' button to see where your orders are! Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.

Ans.13 If you feel that your package was opened/tampered, please don't accept the delivery. Please raise the Refund request on the 'Ticket Panel' in 'My Account' on your dashboard. We will confirm your Refund request (ticket) via email/phone call and may process the refund of order amount or resend order as per your wish/convenience.
Ans.14 For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 4 business days to credit this amount. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.
Ans.15 If you cancel the order before shipping, we would start the refund almost immediately. In case you cancel the order after shipment, it might take up to 6 days to initiate the refund.
Ans.16 You may cancel your order by clicking on cancel button available under customers order details in "My Account " menu with providing an appropriate reason for cancelling the order.
Ans.17 You may return your order at the time of delivery and generate the ticket for refund or it will automatically refunded once we receive your returned order/consignment. Order can not be returned or cancelled after accepting the delivery of order.

Our Terms & Conditions have been slightly changed until COVID 19 lock down continues. 1. We are taking Prepaid orders only during lock down 2. Maximum FOUR units per item is allowed to order to fulfil maximum customers requirement across the country 3. Maximum order value is INR 1200 4.
